2024 Dates To Remember:

·         Thursday July 25th : Physicals - $10 CASH ONLY - 5:30pm

*EQUIPMENT WILL ALSO BE HANDED OUT ON THIS NIGHT!

-All Players must have their completed CFA League form with them. The physical affidavit is located on the form and must be completed by the physician. Any player choosing to get a physical from their own doctor must have the CFA League form signed by their physician. First time players will also need a copy of their birth certificate.

·         Saturday July 27th: Field Prep Work Party: 8am - at Sheaffer field VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

·         Monday July 29th: First day of Practice

·         Wednesday July 31st: Parents meeting for all levels after practice @ 7:15pm

·         Saturday August 3rd: EPYAL Fundraising Luau/Cornhole Event at Enola Sportsman Club, 21+ Only. Tickets are $30 p/p – purchased at: Magaros Auto, Bruner’s Service Center, Kristy’s Whistle Stop, or Directors Rocky Magaro or Alicia Worrall 

·         Saturday August 10th: Tri Scrimmage at Lower Dauphin (additional info will be provided)

·         Friday August 16th: Pictures for all teams at Sheaffer Field 5:30pm

·         Saturday August 17th: Pre-Season Home Game (additional info will be provided)

·         August 24-25 is the Opening Week for Varsity Levels ( @ Northern ) 

JV Games TBD (Typical Start Week 2 of Varsity Regular Season) 

Practice Information:

**No player will be permitted to participate in practice until they have had a doctors physical. NO EXCEPTIONS. If the player does not have a completed physical form they are permitted to be present for practice as an observer ONLY. Completed physical forms and required documents must be completed and delivered to the player’s head coach or one of the football directors.

Water is the only acceptable drink during practice! Each player is responsible to bring their own water bottle labeled with the players name. Coaches will provide refills as needed.

Practices Typically Run from 5:15pm to 7:15pm 

**Each Level may make appropriate adjustments and those will be communicated to you**

First Practice (July 29th): All Levels: T-shirt, Shorts, Cleats, Helmet and Mouthpiece

Second Practice (July 30th): All Levels: T-shirt, Shorts, Cleats, Practice Jersey, Shoulder Pads, Helmet and Mouthpiece

Third Practice (July 31st) : All Levels : FULL GEAR

Practice will begin at 5:15pm; players are expected to be dressed and on the field by 5:15pm. Players should arrive at Sheaffer field dressed in gear from the waist down; shoulder pads and helmets will be kept in the designated locker rooms in the players assigned bins. This will be practice protocol for the rest of the season unless told otherwise by the players head coach.

Equipment Responsibilities:

Players are responsible for getting their own cleats; cleats may be molded or detachable however METAL SPIKES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Players will also need a girdle in one of two options: an integrated girdle(girdle with pads sewn in) or a girdle without – we will provide the pads. Lastly players will need mouth guards and chin straps which EPYAL will provide, however if preferred you may purchase your own. Practice jerseys will also be provided.

Parents: We understand it is difficult at times, but we ask that you please make every effort to make sure your player attends every practice and is dressed and ready to play. Every minute of our two-hour practice window is very valuable and much needed to make this a positive experience and successful season for your child.
