Michael John

Doctoral Student

Michael Enenche John is a Ph.D. student in Electrical Engineering at the University at Buffalo, specializing in distributed optimization and computational intelligence for resilient distribution systems. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Agriculture, Makurdi. With over five years of industry experience in power systems engineering, he has served as a Performance/Process Analyst and Power Plant Engineer at Viathan Engineering Limited in Lagos, Nigeria. His research focuses on grid optimization and the integration of electric vehicles into power systems.
