EPS School Staff App ("the App") is developed for authorized school staff to access school management services. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
The App may collect and process the following information:
Staff login credentials (User ID and Password)
Staff profile information provided by the school
Attendance and work-related information
Device location (when required for attendance or location-based features)
Files and documents selected by the user for upload
Photos captured or selected by the user, if required
Device information necessary for app functionality
We use the collected information to:
Authenticate staff members
Provide access to authorized school services
Record attendance and location where applicable
Upload documents or images when requested
Improve app performance and security
Provide support and maintain the application
The App may request the following permissions:
Location: To verify attendance or enable location-based school features.
Camera: To capture photos or scan documents when required.
Photos/Storage: To select and upload files or images.
Biometric Authentication: To allow secure login using fingerprint or face authentication (if enabled by the user).
Permissions are used only for their intended purpose and only when required.
User credentials are stored securely on the device using encrypted storage where applicable. Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect user data from unauthorized access.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Information may be shared only:
With the school's authorized management system for official operations.
When required by law or government authorities.
Data is retained only as long as necessary for school operations or as required by applicable laws and school policies.
This application is intended exclusively for authorized school staff and is not designed for use by children under the age of 13.

Request deletion of your data through your school administrator where applicable.
