El Paso ISD is implementing a new app dashboard to streamline and improve access to district resources, while protecting student and staff accounts. To ensure a smooth process and provide you with the required access, please see your account information below.ย
On July 30th, all current EPISD employees will receive an email that guides them through the process of claiming their EPISD account, creating their initial password, and enrolling in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if their district role requires it. This process may look different for each employee.ย
This site will also allow you to change your password, as required by our EPISD IST policy, or if you feel your account has been compromised.ย
To do this, you will go to -
https://portal.episd.org/idp/AuthnEngine#/authn and enter your username and password
Click on your name in the top-right corner, and click on Change Password
You will need to know your current password to make this change.ย
If you have any issues or questions, you can contact the EPISD Helpdesk by creating a Zendesk ticket at https://episd.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.
But if you are locked out and cannot access the ticketing system, you can send an email from your personal account to helpdesk@episd.org or call them at 915-230-2601.
