Elias is the cousin and a best friend of Gabriel. The two were thick as thieves growing up. Raised together with the idea of knowing they had to be there for each other, regardless of rank and title. Though Elias once held jealousy over his cousin's claim to the throne, he got over it as soon as he realized what an amazing king Gabriel would make.

He's related to him by King Andres side, as his brothers son. Elias is further down the line and knows he has no chance of ruling, but he's there, always prepared for it if he ever needs to step in. He even offers help when Gabriel is forced to take the throne in their thirties.

When he's not keeping up with the royals, Elias is often seen flirting with the ladies and the gents and partying it up in the nearby bars and dance halls. He's gotten in trouble over it a time or two and it took one time to far, making the King, Queen and his father have to step in to wake him up and send him off to boarding school. Elias is not too happy about that, but he goes and he comes back with a smarter head about things. Even still, Elias isn't always sure what his place there is in Abraicuria, but he knows that even though he's stubborn, careless and reckless, he will do anything to proetct his family and loved ones.

At some point, he and Priya, his and Gabriel's best friend, end up married. Giving her more of a title than she could have ever expected. She's been there through his up and downs and he hers.
