ARTUHR PENDRAGON is the son of Uther Pendragon and Ygraine De Bois. His birth was a complicated one and as such, is born of magic. He lost his mother during his birth and doesn’t know much of her because of it, Uther never told him much. He does wear her ring on his index finger and he keeps the De Bois family seal close to him, which he does end up giving to Merlin later on in their years of knowing each other.
He has been destined to unite the lands of Albion and is known as the Once and Future King. His manservant, Merlin, remains at his side protecting him even when he doesn’t know he’s doing it.
Arthur’s views on magic are conflicted. While he wants to uphold Camelot’s laws, deep down he wants to change them when he’s King and make Camelot a safer place for all of those who come across it. He doesn’t want his people to live in fear, though making those changes doesn't get to happen.
He can be arrogant at times, but Arthur does love his kingdom and will do anything that he can to protect his people. Despite the arrogance, Arthur does have a good heart and is courageous, honorable and just. He’s loyal to those that he cares about and will protect those who need his protection as well. He’s a fierce knight and a strong warrior and knows how to use most weapons, though he does favor the sword. He is also the one who can wield the sword of destiny, also known as Excalibur.
After Arthur’s death, the kingdom is left in the hands of his wife and the queen, Guinevere. he will return thousands of years later when Albion needs him most.
