SEASON OF GIVING! 

This will be a fundraiser for the food pantry to help those in Sanpete County who have come into difficult times. It will be a free event for the community and the way funds will be raised is through a silent auction on nativities, and also donations. (100 percent goes to food pantry) Be a part of the community!! Create a nativity, give a nativity, buy a nativity, donate money. 

To volunteer your time, scan QR code on poster.  Involve your family!  

There will be a few of the trees from the SANPETE TREE FESTIVAL at this location, (nativity based) however the majority of trees will be located at the Ephraim community center. The proceeds from trees will go to primary childrens.

Auction

A silent auction will be held on most of the nativities, however there will be some that will be display only. 

The Auction will end Monday the 9th at 6:00 pm .You will receive a phone call if you've won the bid and will pay for and pick up nativities   before 8:00pm that same night. If you are not available to pick it up that evening, other arrangements must be made.

Live Nativity

There will be a LIVE NATIVITY by the parking lot of the Co-op building (behind the art granary building) every evening from 6:00-8:00. If you would like to volunteer to be involved in the live nativity,

Artists

 You may create art for display only, OR donate your art for the silent auction . (no more than 3 entries) Please make sure your artwork is finished professionally (matted or framed). All nativities must be brought to upstairs of co-op building (north side door) to be checked in  (before the event) between 12:00-7:00 pm. Thursday Dec. 5th. (Questions TEXT ONLY 435-851-4587)

Musicians

Are you interested in performing live music? Instrumental and vocal music must be centered around Jesus or anything that is uplifting. (please, no Santa songs) It's all about him! If interested in this area TEXT ONLY 801-888-6998.

Families

There will be a fun craft Kids Corner at the event and a live nativity that can be participated in. If you are willing to volunteer any of your time to this area, TEXT ONLY!

One way to encourage your kids to give to others is by purchasing a nativity at the auction and/ or donate a nativity. This is a way to teach your children about giving and receiving; give up their nativity for others, and the next year they could choose one to be purchased. 


A Special thank you to Snow College for opening their building "Academy Hall allumni Center" for this cause. Please feel free to check out their area downstairs as they will be open during the event and will also have a few of the trees in their area.

All proceeds will go to the food pantry to help families in the area and Snow College students to provide for their physical needs. The food pantry representatives will be at the event so you can give directly to them.
