Artem Zamiatnoi, operating publicly under the software brand "Zero Innovative", built the EPGex application as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Artem Zamiatnoi and is intended for use as is.

EPGex functions strictly as a local media player engine and Electronic Program Guide (EPG) viewer. 

* The app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, user accounts, or device identifiers.

* Any data or credentials provided by the user (such as M3U/M3U8 streaming playlists, XMLTV EPG data files, or login URLs) are processed entirely in-memory or within the app's local device sandbox. This data is never transmitted to any external servers owned or controlled by the developer.

## 2. Third-Party Services

The app utilizes native Google Play Billing services to process secure one-time in-app purchases. Google may collect transaction metrics or diagnostic telemetry subject to the official Google Play Services Privacy Policy.

## 3. External Content Links

This application allows users to load external web URLs and live media streams. The developer is not responsible for the privacy practices, tracking scripts, content, or legality of third-party streaming links loaded into the player engine by the user.

## 4. Children’s Privacy

This application is targeted strictly at individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect or target identifiable data from minors or children under 13.
