This privacy policy applies to the eONETRAC app (herein referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by FNS, Inc. (herein referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Personal Identifiers: We collect your Email address (used as a User ID) provided during account registration for identity verification and secure login.
Device and Push Identifiers: We collect Device Names and Push Notification Tokens to identify your device and ensure the reliable delivery of critical dispatch updates via Google Firebase.
Technical and Usage Data: We collect IP Addresses, access timestamps (Last Access Date), and operating system details to maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, and improve application performance.
App Performance Data: We may collect Crash Logs and Diagnostics via Firebase to monitor app stability and fix technical issues.

The Application does not gather precise real-time location information of your mobile device.

Third Party Access

The Service Provider shares limited data with third-party services (specifically Google Firebase) for the following purposes:

Push Notifications: To send real-time appointment updates to your device.
Analytics & Crash Reporting: To monitor app performance and improve user experience through anonymized usage statistics.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider retains user-provided data and technical logs for as long as you have an active account or as required to fulfill the service purposes described above.

Security

We implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards (including encrypted tokens and access logs) to protect your information and prevent unauthorized access to the dispatch system.
