The STEAM Fair is open to all students K-5

Students may participate individually, with a partner, or with a group up to four students. Sibling groups or groups with students from different grade levels is acceptable. Family or adult participation is encouraged, so long as the students take an active role in the project and can describe the process and/or outcomes.

All projects must submit an Idea Form no later than Friday, April 12th in order to participate. 

Please refer to the STEAM Fair Project Guidelines and Descriptions when completing your project.

Wednesday, January 31st:

STEAM Fair 2024 Idea Form goes live

Friday, April 12th:

Deadline for all Idea Forms to be submitted for STEAM Fair participation

January 31st - April 19th:

Students working on their project and completing tri-fold presentation board.

Saturday, April 20th at 11:00am-1:00pm:

Students will showcase their project and tri-fold presentation board in-person at East Olympia Elementary for the STEAM Fair 2024, located in the school gym. Students will bring their project materials and tri-fold home at the end, unless coordinated otherwise with their teacher prior to the event.
