The procedure applies to all processes and systems that are most important in achieving client satisfaction and the enhancement of Envision Africa's effectiveness.

Monitoring and measurement
Continual improvement: a continual series of individual actions taken to improve system, products, processes and services. The objectives of the quality improvement are to:
a). to maintain and increase customer satisfaction
b). improve the effectiveness of Envision Africa's operations
Opportunities for the improvement of quality are identified in all processes, systems and work areas that most affect the satisfaction of our clients and the company's effectiveness. Although not restricted to specific criteria, continual improvement is directed at those areas where opportunities are most likely to be found. These areas are:
a). Customer feedback and complaints
b). Errors made in processing documents or deliverables
c). Delays and inability to meet the customers needs
d). Unscheduled down time of the facility
Top management is also on the look out for new ideas and technology that will improve product, services and processes that will result in benefits to the clients as well as to the company itself, refer to management review SOP

A TRELLO action plan is generated by the Management Representative for follow up on Actions, which are also covered in the following management meeting; the objective of meeting is to ensure company is meeting its targets and objectives and to highlight any areas that require attention or improvement.
Should a project be identified, the project will be carried out on the Project Management board on Trello and the project will be broken down into project tasks.
