Your privacy is our utmost priority. This Privacy Policy outlines how AI Entryway Designer Studio (the "App") collects, uses, transmits, and protects your data, in strict compliance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines 5.1.1(i) and 5.1.2(i).
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
The App is designed to respect your privacy and collects only the minimum amount of data necessary to function:
- Text Prompts: We collect the text descriptions, styling requests, and dimensions you manually type into the App to generate your entryway, foyer, or console designs.
- Usage Data: We collect anonymous crash logs and basic app usage metrics to improve stability and user experience.
The App DOES NOT collect, scan, or upload your personal photos, contacts, location data, or any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, address, or phone number.
2. HOW WE COLLECT THAT DATA
- Text prompts are collected only when you type them into the chat or prompt interface and explicitly tap the "Generate" button.
- Device permissions (such as Photo Library access) are requested contextually and only used when you explicitly tap the "Save" button to download a generated image to your device. We do not read or upload your existing photos.
3. ALL USES OF YOUR DATA
The text prompts you provide are used for one sole purpose:
- To generate the 3D architectural renders and interior design concepts you requested.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any other unrelated purposes.
4. THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING (WHO YOUR DATA IS SENT TO)
To provide the core AI generation features, your text prompts must be processed by specialized third-party Artificial Intelligence services. When you request a design, your text prompt (and only your text prompt) is securely transmitted to the following partners:
- OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.): Used to enhance and format your text prompts into detailed architectural descriptions.
- Replicate / Black Forest Labs: Used to render and generate the final 3D photorealistic images based on the enhanced prompts.
5. THIRD-PARTY DATA PROTECTION GUARANTEE
We confirm that any third party the App shares data with (OpenAI and Replicate/Black Forest Labs) provides the same or equal protection of your data as stated in this Privacy Policy. These providers are strictly bound to use the transmitted text prompts solely for the purpose of fulfilling your API request and are prohibited from using your data to train their public models or for any other commercial purposes.
6. USER PERMISSION AND CONSENT
In compliance with App Store guidelines, the App will explicitly ask for your consent before transmitting any data to the aforementioned third parties. Upon your first use of the generation feature, you will be presented with a clear consent dialogue detailing what data is sent and to whom. No data will be transmitted until you explicitly tap "I Agree & Continue".
7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Text prompts sent to third-party APIs are processed temporarily and are not stored on our personal servers. The generated images are delivered directly to your device. If you wish to delete the generated images, you may do so locally from your device's Photo Library or the App's gallery.
8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
