ENRICO DORIA

I am a student of the PhD Program in Legal Studies at Bocconi University of Milan, Italy, specializing in Business and Social Law.

I was admitted to the New York Bar on the 21st of February 2018, after obtaining an LL.M. and a Wharton Business and Law Certificate, at University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, USA, in 2018.

I graduated at Università Cattolica Del Sacro Cuore, Milan, Italy, in 2017 (Master’s Degree in Law with a specialization in Corporate Law) with a final dissertation thesis about commodity derivatives regulation.

My research interests cover corporate law, real estate law and financial markets law.
