Working with Enriched Travel, LLC - Agreement for Services

Our Services 

Enriched Travel, LLC (“Enriched Travel” and/or “us/our/we") agrees to provide services to you - the purchaser and/or traveler (“Client” and “passenger” and “you/your”) as follows: 

1. Initial Consultation: We have an extensive consultation process that is designed to learn more about your travel needs, vacation style, travel history, budget, activity interests, etc. We use the information we gather to create custom-designed itineraries that are perfectly matched to your needs, desires and budget. 

2. Planning: We research a variety of flights, hotels, tours, cruises, excursions, etc. and provide consultation to you and your traveling companions during the planning stage. All inquiries are answered in a timely manner. 

3. Booking: We will utilize suppliers that are highly regarded for their service and value. We will facilitate the booking of various travel components including airfare, hotel, resort, cruise, ground transportation, excursions, etc. We will also manage travel details such as deposits, payments, invoicing and room allocation, where applicable. 

4. Pre-Departure: We will provide a detailed final itinerary and with all travel documents released prior to departure, provided that the trip has been paid in full. 

5. Post-Return: We will follow up with you to gain insight on your experience with our agency and our suppliers. We will request pictures and a review (at your discretion) to be used on our website and social media pages. 

Fee for Service:  Enriched Travel charges reasonable fees which cover our time and expertise spent to research, develop and book travel related services for you. At the end of the complimentary consultation with you, Enriched Travel will advise whether a fee will be required and provide an estimate of any applicable fees.  Enriched Travel's fees are dependent upon the projected time it will take to research and present options using the network of our premium suppliers and based upon your specific travel needs and budget.   If you decide to hire Enriched Travel to begin work on your trip, we will send you an invoice for the fee (if any), our terms and conditions, and a basic traveler information form to complete.  Once the planning fee is received, we will begin work to plan your itinerary, and then, to secure and confirm your travel arrangements.   Please note that our fee is non-refundable and is separate from the cost of your trip.  We believe you will find it well worth your investment!

Planning and Service Fees:   (All fees are non-refundable) 

• Initial Consultation:  $0 

• Cruises and Resorts (three options):

  1. 1. Do you already know exactly which cruise line/itinerary you want to go on, or which resort you want to book?  Do you know exactly which guided tour you want to book?  If yes: no planning fee is typically charged.*

     2. Do you know you want to go on a cruise or to an all inclusive resort, but you're not sure which one, or exactly where you want to go?  Do you need some expertise to determine what is right for you?  We can do all the time consuming leg work and provide you with options representing the best fit for you and your budget:  $75 per cabin/room to be applied to booking; non-refundable if no booking is made within 30 days of quoted options*

     3. Group Planning Fee (10 or more people/5 or more rooms): Variable; minimum $50 per room /cabin

*Air and land bookings made by Enriched Travel which are not part of cruise/resort booking will be charged as indicated below. 

• FIT Planning/Custom Itinerary Design Services**: 

Do you want to travel on your own, and not as part of a pre-planned tour or with a tour group?  This is called FIT travel, and we specialize in creating the perfect plan for you:  $150 to $250+  for simple to complex itineraries

**Pricing is for traveling parties of 6 persons or under, traveling together on the same itinerary.  The planning fee includes development of a proposal specifically designed to fit your budget and preferences. You have 45 days to make a deposit on a booking from the date the first quote is delivered. Bookings made after the 45 day mark will require the payment of another planning fee.  Major changes (i.e. change to destination; addition of destinations, etc...) will be considered a new itinerary request and will require a new planning fee. Planning fee is considered earned and non-refundable regardless of whether a booking is made and traveled.  NOTE:  International travel is considered a complex itinerary, starting at $250.

• Domestic Air Ticketing:  per person: $45; International Air Ticketing, per person: $80 (Ticketing and change fees are applicable only when booked as a separate component not included in other travel packages.)  We do not book air only.

• Non-commissionable bookings:  10% 

• Change Fee:  Applicable charges from supplier.  No fee from Enriched Travel for first change.  Second or further changes:  $100 

• Trip Cancellation Fee: $200 if canceled prior to Final Payment; (this is Enriched Travel's fee and does not take into account cancellation fees charged by the supplier and disclosed in their Terms and Conditions.) 

** Frequent Flyer/ Award Bookings must be done by the client; Enriched Travel is not able to complete these bookings.
