Fee Structure & Course Commitment

At En Pointe Academy of Dance, our structured and progressive dance programs are thoughtfully designed to support student development over a full term. Each class builds upon the last, with clear learning goals and long-term outcomes.

Course-Based Tuition

Enrollment is for a full course—not individual or drop-in classes. Fees reflect the overall value of the full program. Each month is part of a continuous journey designed to ensure skill-building, progression, and consistency.

Payment Options

To support flexibility, we offer three payment options:

Pay in Full: Settle the full term upfront at the best rate
Termly Installments: Pay at the start of each term
Monthly Installments: Spread the cost into equal monthly payments (slightly higher to account for administrative costs)

💡 Please note: Regardless of whether a month includes 3, 4, or 5 weeks, the monthly fee remains fixed. This structure ensures predictable budgeting and reflects the total course cost, simply divided into equal installments.

Attendance & Student Progression

Our curriculum is designed month by month to build skills progressively. Each class and each month plays a key role in your child’s development.

Even if a student can only attend 1–2 classes in a month, we strongly encourage attendance to stay connected to the material. Students who remain enrolled—despite occasional absences—consistently show the greatest progress.

Make-up classes in the same subject may be arranged if space allows, but fees are non-refundable for missed classes.

Workshops, Camps, Special events

All workshops, camps or special events will have separate fees. Discounts will be available for students of the EN Pointe Academy of Dance.

En Pointe Elite program fees

EQUIVALENT TO 2 class a week- Clase de 2 clase a la semana

If you are already a student who attends weekly classes at the academy, then a discount will be available to you should you wish to also partake in either the Musical Theatre (En Pointe Performing Arts) or the Elite program. Enquire for details.

Payment & Fees Policy

Fees are due before the first class of each month.
Prices listed are per student and fixed monthly, regardless of whether there are 3, 4, or 5 weeks of classes. This structure balances out over the full course.
Payments must be made in Euros/CAD via Studio Director using bank transfer or in cash. Payments will only be accepted if you cover any associated transfer or commission fees.
For bank transfers, include the student’s full name and payment purpose as a reference, and email or screenshot and send proof of payment.
A late fee may be charged for overdue payments. Unpaid fees may result in loss of class access.

Missed classes are non-refundable, as fees are paid in installments for the full course—not on a per-class basis. However, make-up classes in the same subject may be arranged, subject to availability.
Classes cancelled by the teacher will be rescheduled where possible.
If a student must quarantine due to COVID-19, classes will be accessible via Zoom.
Discounts may apply per student based on the number of weekly classes.

By enrolling, you agree to all payment terms and are responsible for any fees owed to En Pointe Academy of Dance.
