Experimental Nanoscale Physics Lab @ Yonsei University
ENPL investigates various properties of nano materials, especially those of emerging 2D materials beyond graphene. Novel electrical, mechanical, and optical properties of low-dimensional nano-materials are of our interest. Other research areas also include atomic-scale characterizations of materials using electron microscopy and nanoelectromechanical systems.
Atomic-scale observation
Atomic resolution TEM imaging of nanomaterials
In situ/Ex situ TEM measurements
Correlation between atomic structure and property
New nano-materials
Synthesis of new nanomaterials
Van der Waals heterostructures
Precision control of material's properties
