In-App Purchases
The App offers premium content and features available for purchase through in-app transactions. All transactions are processed through the Apple App Store's payment or Google Play Store's payment system, not by us. We are not responsible for issues related to payment processing, refunds, or billing. Please refer to the Apple App Store's or Google Play Store's terms and policies for purchase-related concerns.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for in-app purchases. All sales are final, so please consider your purchases carefully. For payment or billing issues, please contact Apple support/ Google support.
User Content
Currently, the App does not allow users to submit or share content. Should we enable user content submission in the future, we will update these Terms to include guidelines and policies for user content.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the App or assist others in doing so. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Sharing purchased in-app content with others
Distributing malicious content through the App
Interfering with the App's functionality
Intellectual Property Rights
The App and all its content, features, and functionality are our property and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the App is permitted as expressly authorized by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR IN-APP PURCHASES, IF ANY.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date below. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
