Style: Formal. It will convey your personal style.

Structure:

• Date of letter

• Designation: The designation of the person who will receive the letter.

• Address of the receiving Editor

• Letter Subject: Re:/ Subject:

• Salutation: Dear/to whom it may concern/

• Body:

  • Statue the problem/context

  • Causes of the problem

  • Offer a solution to the problem

• Closing

• Name of the sender

• Sender’s designation
