EngLexi App - Account and Data Deletion Request
If you want to delete your EngLexi account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
Send an email to: [englexi.support@gmail.com ]
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
In the email body, please specify the email address you used to register in the EngLexi app.
Data that will be deleted: Once we receive your request, we will completely delete your account within 7 days. This includes:
Your email address and name
Your learning progress, XP, and streaks
Your custom dictionary and saved words
No data will be retained after the deletion process is complete.
