This Privacy Policy describes how EngiKit ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
EngiKit does not require you to create an account and does not directly collect, store, or transmit any personal information such as your name, email address, or location.
The only setting the App stores is your selected language (English, Spanish, or Portuguese), which is saved locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or to any third party.
2. Third-Party Services (Advertising)
EngiKit displays advertisements through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. To deliver and personalize ads, Google AdMob may automatically collect certain information from your device, which can include:
- Advertising identifiers (such as your device's Advertising ID)
- Device information (device model, operating system version)
- Approximate location (derived from IP address)
- App usage and interaction data related to ads

3. Device Permissions
EngiKit requests the following permissions:
- Internet access and network state: required to load and display advertisements.
- Motion sensors (accelerometer): used only locally on your device to power the "Sensors" bubble-level tool. This sensor data is never stored, transmitted, or shared, and is only used in real time while that screen is open.
4. Data Storage and Security
All data the App itself stores (your language preference and your recent calculator history) stays on your device and is never uploaded to any server we control.
5. Children's Privacy
EngiKit is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App's advertising, please contact us so we can address it.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
