EngCore respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how EngCore handles information when you create and use an account in the application.
1. Information We Collect
EngCore collects the following account information when you create an account:
Email address – used to create and manage your EngCore account and to allow you to sign in to the application.
User ID – a unique identifier associated with your EngCore account and used for account authentication and management
EngCore does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or other personal information through the account system.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your email address and User ID are used only for purposes related to your EngCore account, including:
Creating your account.
Signing in and authenticating your account.
Managing your account.
Providing account-related functionality.
We do not use your email address for advertising or sell your personal information.
3. Third-Party Service
EngCore uses Supabase to provide account authentication and account management services.
Your email address and authentication-related account information may therefore be processed and stored by Supabase as part of providing these services.
4. Data Sharing
EngCore does not sell or share your email address for advertising or marketing purposes.
Your email address is processed by Supabase only as necessary to provide the authentication and account-management functionality of EngCore.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect account information and use the authentication and security mechanisms provided by our service provider.
However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Account Deletion
You can delete your EngCore account from within the application using the Delete Account option.
When your account is deleted, the account information associated with it is deleted from the authentication system.

7. Data Retention
We retain your account information only for as long as your EngCore account remains active or as necessary to provide the account functionality.
When you delete your account, the associated account information is deleted, subject to any retention that may be required by applicable law or legitimate security requirements.
8. Children's Privacy
EngCore does not knowingly collect personal information from children for purposes unrelated to providing the application's account functionality.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to EngCore or its data practices.
