terms of service - digital art

Payment:

★ PayPal only.

★ Once I receive full payment I will start working on the final piece.

Refunds:

★ Refunds will not be allowed after the concept sketch stage.

Content:

★ I will refuse to draw mecha or machinery, realistic animals and furries, heavy nsfw or heavy gore.

★ I am best at humans or humanoids (fanart, OCs and real people).

★ If you're not sure if I will draw your topic, or it isn't listed, feel free to contact me to ask (through social media dms or email) before submitting your commission form.

★ If I'm not comfortable drawing what you have in mind, I have the right to refuse to continue with the commission, even if you have already waited in the queue.

★ In which case I will either ask you to choose something else, or if you don't want that I can cancel the commission with no charge.

Time:

★ You may expect to wait up to two weeks before getting your commission.

★ More complicated commissions may take longer, in which case I will let you know how long to expect.

★ You will be informed in the event that an emergency comes up that may delay commission.

NFT/AI Policy:

★ You can NOT turn my commissions into NFTs or use them in any way in AI art.

★ This also applies any other art pieces I have done.

Prints:

★ You will not receive a physical print of your commission.

★ You may print your commission yourself, or get it professionally printed, but it must be for private, non-commercial use only. If you're unsure what this means, feel free to contact me to ask.

Credit:

★ If you post your commission anywhere, I would like to be credited in a way that leads anyone who sees it to my account - such as being tagged in the post, being @ mentioned, or including a link.

★ If you use it as a profile picture, please mention my account in your bio.

★ Please do not take credit for my work or lead people to believe that it is your work.

★ Feel free to contact me for clarification on this.

Usage:

★ If you plan on using your commission for commercial uses, you need to disclose that to me, and it will likely cost more. We will then discuss credit and other aspects of using my art for this.

★ If you're unsure whether your planned use is commercial or not, please contact me to ask.
