After you choose a park, you get a short video with a narration by a park ranger (or if you hover down to the lower right corner, you can Skip!) Once you get to the camera shot with the voice over, your tour begins when you click + drag (you can do so in 360 degrees). Kind of like on Google Earth.

As you listen through the tour the guide will prompt you to click on several bubbles to move onto the next part! In some parks/tours you have the additional ability to "fly" over some areas or watch historical footage of past natural pehnomena.
