(Based on the child's current grade level as of September 2025)

We try to accommodate teammate and coach requests.

NJB REGISTRATION

The Encinitas chapter of National Junior Basketball league is a 501(c)3 non-profit association that serves the youth in Encinitas, Carlsbad, San Marcos, San Elijo, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Del Mar, Carmel Valley and Rancho Santa Fe.

We have Winter (Nov-Feb) and Summer (June-Aug) seasons.

Registration Information

Registration fees:

Through August 31: $315

Sept 1 to Sept 28: $335

Sept 29-Oct 3: $355

After Oct 5 (if available): $375

Boys:

7th & 8th Grades

5th and 6th Grades

3rd and 4th Grades

2nd Grade (play on 8' basket)

1st Grade (play on 8' basket)

Girls:

7th & 8th Grades

5th and 6th Grades

3rd and 4th Grades

Game Time: How we play

We play on Sundays.

Most games are played after 11AM but may start as early as 8AM in some cases.

Each team will have at least 8 games plus one playoff game at a minimum.

December 7, 14, 21

January 4, 11, 18, 25

February 1, 8
