The goal of these exercises is to let kids know that reality is influenced by your senses and their limitations

• Lesson 1 - Perceptual Limitation

Our ability to perceive depth, combined with perspective in illustration, can produce some extremely weird results. The Shepard's tabletop illusion shows two illustrated tables which appear to be quite different in dimension: one long and thin, the other closer to a square:

• Exercise : Cut pieces of paper to create Shepard Table Illusion and comment ( 20 mins )
