This time, discussions focused on the industrial and economic aspects along the Kansai Innovation East-West Axis, with particular attention on the area surrounding Osaka Castle. Based on the "Grand Design for Urban Development in Osaka" published in March of Reiwa 5 (2023), discussions covered wide-area collaborations centered on innovation, especially efforts related to deoxygenation and green industries. Furthermore, reports were presented on the latest international developments and Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry policies regarding carbon neutrality and GX. Subsequent discussions delved into the methods of technological development and industrial collaboration between points along the East-West Axis and the approaches for the area around Osaka Castle.
