Before any employee start working at your property, you must complete PAN (Personnel Action Notice) and submit it to payroll@empirehotelsgroup.comÂ
When Payroll HR receive the documentation, they will send out an email from NETCHEX to start the onboarding process. It will be two part process.
The first email is for them to register for NETCHEX account. Once that is created, Payroll HR will send out a HOW TO similar below for the employee to sign into their account. The second email will have TASK for the new hire to do. EX: I9, Taxes, Direct Deposit..etc
