IMPORTANT:
All GM must filled out New Hire Form and submit to payroll@empirehotelsgroup.com , before an employee starts working.
Any employee that is no longer with your property, you must also fill out an TERMINATION form and email to payroll@empirehotelsgroup.com
If they worked at any of our other properties IT IS NOT A TRANSFER if they come to work at your property. They MUST be rehired at your property and complete all of the paperwork before starting.
Once an employee is terminated, you must send them a certified mail with a letter stating they are no longer at employed at your hotel.

I9 - Employee must fill out (Social/Passport/Resident Card)
It is important for them to fill these all out before starting. All properties will be subject to fines and investigations if we are unable to produce an employee file for someone that has worked a single minute for us.
