1. Login to Businesstrack
a. https://www.businesstrack.com/manage/dashboard
2. Look for the disputes area on the right side of the page. Click “small business dispute management”
3. This will shows you “action required” where you can click the case number and respond as needed.
4. Below that you will see “closed” area. Within this area you will see information about the chargebacks if you won or lost and why. You can click the case number to look more in depth about the information. See below for some reason examples.
