1. Login to Payment insider
a. https://www.mypaymentsinsider.com/ui/#/us/en_US/login
2. Click “Reports” – “Chargebacks”
3. Change your Search criteria to “respond by Date” and do custom date range.
a. From date should be the current date and the to date should be 2 weeks out.
b. This shows your active chargebacks that you need to respond to.
4. To see chargeback history, change the date range to whatever the period is you are looking for.
5. Look in the details area and click whatever chargeback is in question.
a. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see “Merchant Received docs” in this area you will see file names that are clickable. Within this area you will see all the documents you and the merchant has provided and within the documents it will say if you won or lost and why.
