1. Login to your Chase portal.
a. https://secure.paymentech.com/portal/
2. Select “Recon Solution” – “Chargeback Review” – “Chargeback Management”
3. Click the drop-down arrow where it says “my CB work Queue” and change that option to “Aging Detail”
a. Any open Chargebacks will show up.
4. For history of chargebacks keep the settings at “aging Detail” click the “advanced search” drop down and change “Case Status Change Date” to whatever date range you are looking for, hit search
5. You can see details from each case but clicking the blue sequence# for each case.
a. After clicking sequence# look for the documentation area. There will be a file names that are also clickable. Each of these will give you information about the case. Typically the newest date created file will tell you if you won or lost and give you the reason. The reason will be on the bottom of the page.
