To use Emovia, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• Each moment expression (e.g., generating an image) requires a specific number of credits, typically one credit per creation unless otherwise specified.

• Unused credits may expire according to their type and are non-refundable.

• Subscriptions are managed through Apple's payment system and renew automatically unless cancelled.

• All transactions are securely processed through Apple's payment system in compliance with their policies.

Fair Use Policy

Pro subscribers enjoy unlimited access to Emovia's expression tools, subject to a reasonable fair use limit per billing cycle. This limit is designed to ensure platform stability and a high-quality experience for all users. If you reach the fair use limit, you may continue expressing with your daily complimentary credit. Fair use limits reset with each billing cycle. Emovia reserves the right to adjust fair use limits at any time.

6. AI-Generated Content

• Images generated within Emovia are created using AI and may vary in quality and accuracy.

• We do not guarantee that generated images will meet your specific expectations.

7. Intellectual Property

The app and its content, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Emovia. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

8. User Content

By submitting content to Emovia:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and distribute your content for service purposes.

• You retain ownership but must not submit illegal or harmful materials.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.
