Introduction

Emotion detection has become an important research area in natural language processing (NLP) and has a wide range of applications such as sentiment analysis, opinion mining, and customer feedback analysis. In recent years, the application of machine learning techniques in emotion detection has shown promising results in various languages.
In this research paper, we focus on emotion detection of Bangla comments using machine learning techniques. Bangla is the seventh most spoken language in the world with over 250 million speakers, and it is the official language of Bangladesh and the Indian states of West Bengal, Tripura, and Assam. However, there is limited research on emotion detection of Bangla text, especially in the context of social media.
