My sources of inspiration
Sports that involve Machines are my favorite because they don't only test physical strength, they also test intelligent engineering. Vehicles are my favorite machines, and they are involved in a lot of sports, but the one I like the most is cycling.
Bikes can take you to the most beautiful places in the world and at the same time be a lot of fun (because going fast is fun). They also have a great amount of engineering behind them and being able to customize your bike to optimize its performance may perhaps be the most enjoyable part about it.
I started practicing cycling as a sport when I got my first proper bike, which was a Scott Scale in 2013. Since then I've only managed to participate in one cross-country race and ended up winning 3rd place! I'm looking forward to involve myself in more races in the future. I also enjoy a lot exploring unknown places.
I started playing the Saxofone when I was eleven years old taking classes on my school. I joined the school band and learned to play in a band, as well as to read sheet music and to follow a band director. During my middle school years I consolidated the base of my musical knowledge, which allowed me to explore other instruments.
At this time I got to know a very special friend that noticed my talent for playing the drums while making a school project. Because of this I started playing the drums at 14 years old and taught myself with help of the internet. Seeing how I was getting better I decided to take drum lessons in my last middle school year.
In my last middle school year I also had the opportunity to play the saxophone in the Jam concert. This is a live music and dance concert held annually by the high school I wanted to enter. After this experience, I decided to concentrate more on drumming to play there in my first year of high school. I was able to play there every year as well as in in the high school's plays as a drummer. Because of this I ontained the student development diploma for constant participation in extracurricular activities during my high school studies.
I entered University and started playing the drums with friends in independent projects. Most of these involved playing in bars and events, however I got the opportunity to record in 3 singles for artist and good friend "Eddie Luno".
At the same time, I entered the blue sound band in my university playing the snare drum, which is the marching band of the university and plays in the american footbal games of the university's team.
Later during my studies I decided to give a shot to the university's youth symphonic orchestra, and ended up getting a scholarship to play there as a percussionist. Here I've had the opportunity to play in the biggest events like "Festival Santa Lucia", with rock artists of the region and more notoriously with the "Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán".
I also had the opportunity to play in other events of the university, like the Dance Concert and the "Ensamble" concert.
