I am an Industrial-Organizational Psychology doctoral student at Clemson University. I bring a unique perspective to my work, combining a deep understanding of human behavior with practical experience in HR, Strategic Planning, and Talent Acquisition. I am passionate about creating healthy work environments that foster employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.
My current research predominantly focuses on Occupational Health Psychology, with specific interests in workplace stress and recovery, worker energy, resilience, and well-being.
