My 2024 Gift Guide for the health and wellness girls (and guys!)
Beeswax candles are an amazing natural air purifier and these are scented with essential oils which is very important as you don't want to be burning candles scented with toxic fragrances that could be harming your endocrine system. Plus, I just love their story and how the inspiration for this brand came from finding out news about their dog's health and wanting to have better products in their home for him.
These are the best sheets you will ever sleep on. Silky, cooling, and just so luxurious. I've turned so many people on to these sheets and they always thank me!
If you have a skincare lover in your life, what better way to spoil them than with hormone-friendly, pore-clogging free skincare? This is my favorite skincare line and I personally think the Hydraberry moisturizer, GOLDENHOUR oil, and SKIN SPRAY ALL DAY, would make incredible gifts!

Fabula Coffee and Collagen Creamers
For the coffee lovers in your life! Fabula has a HUGE assortment of coffee varieties, along with delicious collagen creamers (or just plain collagen if that's your jam) and even tea! Their coffee is organic, mold and pesticide free, and low acid. Very important!
If you have a fitness finatic in your life or just someone who is outside a lot, these electrolytes are my absoute favorite. Great ratio of potassium to magnesium and delicious flavors. My favorite flavors are the Lemon Lime, Strawberry Lemonade, and Mixed Berry. They also have delicious seasoning salts as well!

I actually got this as a gift last year and it's my favorite carry-on travel bag. It has an insane amount of pockets- even a separate one for your shoes to keep them away from everything else, and it's so comfy to wear as a backpack. It's even roomy enough to use as a weekend bag if you only want to take one bag. The large size fits perfectly under an airplane seat.
This one is for the lazy hair girls or the girls who think they're not good at doing hair because this was me before I got this hair tool, and now I style my hair legit every week. It gives the most BEAUTIFUL blowout look and it has negative ions to smooth out your hair. It literally looks like I went to the salon.
This one is for the guys. My man loves his Hey Dude loafers- he literally wears them everywhere and I honestly need to buy him a new pair. Thank goodness they're washable and insanely durable otherwise his shoes would be so gross. They also have women's as well and just recently came out with women's suede slides that I lowkey think are pretty cute.
Okay, the following list is my own personal wishlist but why not share with you guys too! I think they're some pretty fun stuff on my list ;)
(PS, if you want to know what to get me for Christmas - or my December birthday - here ya go!)
This is at the top of my list because I've wanted one for probably the past two years. I love the MitoMIN 2.0 because of how compact but still powerful it is.
Yes, I'm that girl that still doesn't own a tumbler, but ever since the Brumate came out I've wanted one simply because the lid is spill-proof and it fits in the cup holder of my car unlike my current water bottle. The Blue Agave color is *chefs kiss*.
Allwear Apparel Bamboo Leggings
Recently I've been trying to make sure any new athletic-wear or workout clothes that I purchase are made from natural fiber material vs synthetic polyester because to be honest, I just feel so much better wearing that. These leggings are made from bamboo and if you've never worn bamboo, it's so luxurious!
I have a couple pairs of VIVAIA shoes already and I love them. They're sustainably made and incredibly comfortable. I would love to add these Mayara Black Ivory slides or the Square Toe Madison boots to my collection.
I love making sourdough, I feel like this one needs no explanation.
If you don't know, I love homeopathy and this book has been on my Amazon wishlist for awhile!
I've seen these EVERYWHERE lately and honestly, I'm kind of having FOMO. Also I love frozen fruit sorbets and protein desserts so I just think this would be so fun. This is definitely a "want" rather than a need type of gift.
I found these recently and I think they look so great. Regular bath mats kind of gross me out, and let's be honest, they get nasty after awhile. These seem so much cleaner, and also much nicer looking than a regular bath mat. Plus, they're supposed to dry very quickly!
I love using eye gels but I don't love that you get one use out of most of them, and they cost $4-$5 per set of gels. These are biodegradable and much more cost-friendly.
