This workshop aims to bring the leading experts in the world working to understand emergent phenomena in van der Waals materials. Workshop will discuss the latest experimental and theoretical advances in these fields. The workshop will be preceded by a two day pedagogical school aimed at exposing the students and postdocs to the general themes of condensed matter physics that helms these diverse phenomena.
