Hands4Hearts Emergency collects and uses personal and sensitive user data only to provide emergency response and responder coordination features.

Background location
Hands4Hearts Emergency may collect location data in the background, including when the app is closed or not in use, only when required for active emergency response features such as responder navigation, live responder progress updates, and emergency incident coordination.
Location data is used to help responders reach emergency incident locations and support emergency response coordination. Location data is not used for advertising.
Data sharing
We do not sell user data.
We do not use personal data or location data for advertising.
Data may be shared only with authorised emergency coordinators, responders, administrators, or service providers needed to operate the app and provide emergency response features.

We keep account data while the user account remains active.
Emergency incident data, responder activity data, and related safety records may be retained for operational, safety, audit, legal, or security purposes.
