This Privacy Policy explains how Emberstripe: Tiger Trials ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you install and use the App. We respect user privacy and design the App to minimize data handling.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not require account registration and does not ask users to submit names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, contacts, location, payment information, or other directly identifying personal information inside the App. The App stores gameplay settings and progress, such as unlocked levels, best times, collected items, upgrade levels, selected suit color, audio settings, haptic settings, and control opacity, on the user's device.
2. Device Permissions
The App may declare internet access in its Android manifest for platform compatibility, store distribution, and future service compatibility. The App does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, phone, SMS, or external storage read permissions.
3. Local Gameplay Data
Gameplay progress and settings are stored locally through Android app storage. This data is used only to provide game functionality, restore progress, remember preferences, and allow users to continue play sessions. Users can clear local save data from the Settings screen.
4. Third-Party Services
The App is distributed through Google Play. Google Play and Android may independently process information such as device identifiers, crash diagnostics, purchase status, installation events, and store analytics according to Google's policies and the user's Google account settings. We do not control Google's data practices. Users should review Google Play and Google Privacy Policy documentation for details.
5. Advertising And In-App Purchases
The App does not include advertising flows, rewarded ad revival, or in-app purchase screens in the current release. If this changes in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before such features are released.
6. Analytics And Crash Reporting
The current App build does not include a custom analytics SDK or custom crash reporting SDK. If platform-level diagnostics are available through Google Play or Android, those services are governed by Google's terms and user settings.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through a related support channel, they may contact us and request deletion.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not share user-provided personal information with advertisers or data brokers. We may respond to lawful requests when required by applicable law.
9. Data Security
We use data-minimizing design and rely on Android app storage protections for local game data. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we avoid requesting sensitive permissions and limit stored data to gameplay needs.
10. Data Retention And Deletion
Local gameplay data remains on the user's device until the user clears save data in the App settings, clears app storage through Android settings, or uninstalls the App. Support emails are retained only as long as necessary to respond to the request and maintain reasonable records.
11. International Users
Users may access the App from different regions. Store distribution, platform diagnostics, and support communication may involve processing under the laws and infrastructure applicable to Google Play, Android, and email providers.
12. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in features, legal requirements, or store policies. The updated policy will include a new effective date.
