All habits, streaks, progress, and user preferences you create within EmberHabits are stored exclusively and securely on your local device using Android Jetpack DataStore Preferences. Your data never leaves your device and is never uploaded to any remote server, cloud storage, or third-party database.

3. No Third-Party Sharing

Because we do not collect any personal data or usage metrics, we do not sell, trade, rent, or transfer any information to third parties, advertisers, or analytics providers.

4. No Account Required

You do not need to create an account, sign in, or provide an email address, phone number, or any credentials to use EmberHabits. The app is fully functional offline from the moment you install it.

5. Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

EmberHabits does not integrate any third-party software development kits (SDKs) for tracking, behavioral analytics, advertising identifiers, or cookies. Your activity inside the app remains strictly private.

6. Permissions

The App operates with maximum privacy and does not request access to sensitive device permissions (such as Contacts, Location, Camera, Microphone, or external Storage) beyond what is strictly necessary to run on the Android operating system.

7. Children's Privacy

EmberHabits is safe for users of all ages, including children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal data from any user, we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within this section of the app and reflected via the in-app offline policy viewer. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
