Subject: Incident Report – Tall Dark Figure Sighting at Avenue Park

Hi ████,

I wanted to make you aware of a call we received tonight from a distressed individual reporting a tall, dark figure near the northwest entrance of Avenue Park. The caller sounded genuinely shaken but didn’t provide much else beyond the description of the figure as very tall and featureless.

Units responded and canvassed the area but found no sign of anyone matching the description. Surveillance footage didn’t capture anything unusual either.
