Welcome to the Email: All Mail Inbox Access App ("App"), developed by Daily Tools app ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our App or related services ("Services"). It also outlines your rights under applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), the Brazilian General Data Protection Law ("LGPD"), and Google Play policies. Our goal is to be transparent about our data practices and ensure your privacy is protected.
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our End User License Agreement ("EULA"). Any capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the EULA.
Device Information
What We Collect: We collect device-related data, such as hardware model, operating system version, and system settings. This helps us optimize the App for better performance and compatibility across different devices.
Network and Internet Access
What We Collect: The App requires internet access to enable certain features, such as cloud synchronization, analytics, and ad display. We may collect information about your network connection to ensure these features work smoothly.
Notification Access
What We Collect: The App may send notifications to your device to keep you informed about app updates or relevant features.
All data related to contacts is stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store this data on external servers. Any analytics data collected through third-party services (e.g., Firebase) is anonymized to protect your identity.
We employ appropriate security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption and regular security audits. However, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Network Access: This may be required for downloading updates or serving advertisements. It is also necessary for Google AdMob, Firebase, and other third-party services integrated into the App.
android.permission.INTERNET
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Notification Access: The App may utilize the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission to send notifications related to app features or other relevant updates. These notifications are solely for the purpose of enhancing your user experience within the App.
android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Schedule Exact Alarm Permission: Our App needs the Schedule Exact Alarm permission to set precise reminders after a call ends, as part of the call end screen feature. This ensures your call-related reminders (like follow-up calls, notes, or tasks) are triggered at the exact time you set, even if the App isn't running in the background.
WAKE_LOCK: The WAKE_LOCK permission allows the App to keep the device's CPU running (prevent sleep) to complete critical work even when the screen is off.
Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase to collect unidentified app usage data, such as feature engagement and crash reports, to improve the App's performance. This data does not personally identify you. For more details, visit Firebase Privacy Policy.
SDP: We use SDP ("com.intuit.sdp:sdp-android:1.1.0") to manage responsive and flexible user interfaces across different device ratios and sizes, ensuring a consistent experience.
SSP: Similar to SDP, this provides scalable text size units ("com.intuit.ssp:ssp-android:1.1.0"), making it easier to manage text size responsiveness based on screen dimensions.
Dagger Hilt: These dependencies enable Hilt for dependency injection in Android, simplifying object creation and management. They help inject dependencies into Activities, Fragments, ViewModels, and WorkManager while reducing boilerplate code.
RoomDb: The dependency androidx.room:room-runtime:2.7.1 is part of the Room Persistence Library, which is a part of Android Jetpack. It is used for local storage of app data like user information, settings, or preferences. This does not store or transmit your template data to any third parties.
Gson: The dependency com.google.code.gson:gson:2.11.0 is for including the Gson library in your Android or Java project. Gson is a popular Java library provided by Google for converting Java Objects into their JSON representation and vice versa. It is lightweight and easy to use for handling JSON data.
Lottie (com.airbnb.android:lottie:6.6.7): Lottie is an animation library developed by Airbnb that allows developers to render animations created in Adobe After Effects. By using JSON files exported from After Effects, Lottie enables complex animations to be displayed smoothly and efficiently on Android, enhancing the visual appeal of the application.
Firebase:
Firebase Bill of Materials (BoM): ("com.google.firebase:firebase-bom:30.3.2") helps manage Firebase dependencies with version consistency across all Firebase products.
Firebase Analytics: ("com.google.firebase:firebase-analytics-ktx") is used to collect data on user interactions in the App for reporting and analysis.
Firebase Firestore: ("com.google.firebase:firebase-firestore") is a cloud-based NoSQL database to store and sync data between users and devices in real-time.
Firebase Crashlytics: ("com.google.firebase:firebase-crashlytics-ktx") helps track, prioritize, and fix stability issues within the App by providing detailed crash reports.
Firebase Messaging: ("com.google.firebase:firebase-messaging") is used for sending notifications and messages from the cloud to devices.
All Application data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be deleted from your device. Any data collected by third-party services is subject to their data retention policies.
Third-Party Data: Any data collected by third-party services (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob) is subject to their respective data retention policies. We do not control these retention periods but ensure that any data we share is anonymized.
NOTE: No In-App Purchases or subscriptions have been added to the App as of now, but we may add them in the future.
The App offers both subscription-based and in-app purchase options to unlock premium features.
Subscriptions:
We offer multiple subscription plans (e.g., monthly, yearly). Prices vary by country and are displayed in the App or Google Play Store.
Payments are charged to your Google Pay account upon purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Google Pay account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period’s end, at the price shown.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions via the App’s Account Settings or the Google Play Store.
If a free trial is offered and you subscribe before it ends, the unused trial period will be forfeited.
In-App Purchases:
Options such as “Remove Ads” or “Premium Lifetime” are available, with prices varying by country.
These are one-time purchases that unlock specific features permanently.
Payment Security:
Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers like Google Pay, adhering to PCI-DSS standards. We do not store or process your payment card details. For more details, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
The App itself does not use cookies. However, third-party services like Google AdMob or Firebase Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies (e.g., device identifiers) to collect anonymized data for analytics or advertising.
You can manage cookie settings through your device or browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features, such as personalized ads.
We use third-party services for the following purposes:

Advertising: Google AdMob serves ads within the App. These ads may be personalized based on anonymized data. For more on AdMob, visit Google AdMob Privacy.
Behavioral Remarketing: Services like Google Ads or Facebook may use anonymized data to show you relevant ads on other platforms.
Payment Processing: Google Play Services handles all in-app purchases and subscriptions securely.
We ensure that any data shared with third parties is anonymized and complies with applicable data protection laws.
