Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 27, 2026
Welcome to Email App – All Mail, an email management application developed by Adonis Venture. This app helps you manage all your email accounts, use ready-made templates, and organize your emails easily and efficiently.
We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information (if any) is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and your related rights. The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to us. All your email data, templates, notes, and other content are processed and stored locally on your device only. Any data recovery operations are performed locally on your device.
1. Introduction and Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Email App – All Mail Android application (the “App”) provided by Adonis Venture (Australia). It describes our practices concerning any information collected or received through your use of the App.
The App is intended for general adult users and does not target or attract children under the age of 13.
2. Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal data directly from you. The App does not require sign-in, registration, name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
Your emails, templates, notes, alarms/reminders, settings, and all other user-generated content stay exclusively on your device. No such data is sent to our servers or to us at any time.
We may receive limited, anonymized, non-personal technical and usage data through third-party services (Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics, advertising SDKs) for the sole purposes of app improvement, crash analysis, and ad delivery/performance measurement. These data points do not include personal identifiers and cannot be linked back to you by us.
3. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we do not collect or process any personal data as defined by the regulation. Therefore, no Article 6 legal basis for processing personal data applies to our direct activities.
Any limited anonymized event and performance data processed via Firebase is handled on the basis of our legitimate interests (improving stability, performance, and user experience of the App) and in full compliance with Firebase’s privacy commitments.
4. Permissions We Use in Our App and Why
The App requests the minimum permissions required to deliver its core features:
android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS This permission is used only to display local notifications that you have enabled inside the App — for example, reminders or notes you have scheduled. These notifications are generated entirely on your device. Without this permission, the App cannot show note-related or reminder notifications. You can grant, deny, or revoke this permission at any time through your device’s Settings → Apps → Email App – All Mail → Notifications.
5. Data Storage and Security
All user content — including emails you manage, templates you create or use, notes, alarms, preferences, and settings — is stored locally on your device using secure Android storage mechanisms (primarily Room Persistence Library).
This data never leaves your device through the App and is not uploaded to any server controlled by us.
While we follow industry-standard practices to protect local data within the App’s private storage, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps appropriate for locally-stored data.
6. Third-Party Libraries & SDKs Used in Our App
The App integrates the following third-party libraries and services:
Room Persistence Library (androidx.room:room-runtime:2.4.0) Part of Android Jetpack. Used to store app data locally on your device (e.g., user-created notes, alarms, templates, and app preferences/settings). This is purely local storage; no data is transmitted to any third party or server. More information: Android Room Documentation
Firebase Bill of Materials (BoM) (com.google.firebase:firebase-bom:33.1.2) Manages consistent versioning of Firebase libraries.
Firebase Analytics (com.google.firebase:firebase-analytics-ktx) Collects anonymized usage statistics (e.g., which features are used, app opens, crashes) to help us understand how the App is performing and improve it. Data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. See: Firebase Privacy and Security
Firebase Crashlytics (com.google.firebase:firebase-crashlytics-ktx) Collects anonymized crash reports to help identify and fix stability issues. Reports contain technical details about the crash but do not include personal data. See: Firebase Privacy and Security
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) (com.google.firebase:firebase-messaging-ktx) Enables the App to receive push notifications if you enable certain features. Notifications are only sent for functionality you explicitly activate (e.g., future server-side reminders if implemented). Currently used primarily for local notification support infrastructure. See: Firebase Privacy and Security
7. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies
Yes – the App displays advertisements using the following ad mediation networks: Google AdMob, AdX, Meta Audience Network (Facebook), InMobi, Vungle, and AppLovin.
These advertising partners may collect and process certain device and usage information (device type, OS version, IP address, advertising ID, ad interaction data, etc.) for the purposes of:
serving ads
measuring ad performance
frequency capping
fraud detection
We do not control their data practices. For details please review:
Vungle / Liftoff: Privacy Notice
Analytics are limited to Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (see section 6).
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The App is a mobile application and does not use cookies or web-based tracking technologies.
9. Detailed Information on the Processing of Your Personal Data
We do not collect or process personal data.
In Google Play’s Data safety section we declare that the developer (Adonis Venture) does not collect or share any user data. Third-party advertising SDKs and Firebase may process certain anonymized technical data for their respective purposes (advertising, analytics, crash reporting) as described above.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not store any personal data on our servers. Local data remains on your device until you delete it manually or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App removes all associated local data.
11. Payment Terms and In-App Purchases
The App offers in-app purchases and optional paid subscriptions for premium features.
All payments and subscriptions are handled exclusively by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details (credit/debit card numbers, Google account passwords, etc.).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Google Play account settings. After cancellation, premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Purchase Information: Google may share limited, non-personal information with us (e.g., subscription status, expiry date) so we can correctly enable premium features.
Refunds & Cancellations: Handle all refund requests through Google Play according to Google Play’s refund policies.
Third-Party Sharing: We do not share purchase or subscription details with any third parties beyond what is required by Google for payment processing and verification.
All transactions follow the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
12. User Rights Under GDPR
Because we do not process personal data:
Access: Contact us if you have questions about any limited technical data.
Control / Objection: Manage permissions, advertising ID reset, and personalized ad settings via your device.
Deletion / Erasure: Uninstall the App to delete all local data.
Rights concerning third-party processing should be directed to the respective providers.
13. User Rights Under CCPA/CPRA
We do not collect, sell, or share personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
You may contact us regarding any questions. For advertising-related data, use device-level opt-out options (e.g., reset advertising ID, limit ad tracking).
14. “Do Not Track” (CalOPPA)
The App does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because it is a mobile app without web views. Ad partners may offer their own opt-out tools — please refer to their privacy policies.
15. International Data Transfers
Any limited anonymized data processed by Firebase or advertising SDKs may be transferred to, and stored in, the United States or other countries. These transfers are governed by the respective providers’ privacy policies and contractual safeguards.
16. Protection from Malware and Network Misuse
We do not distribute malware, engage in unauthorized network activities, or misuse device resources. The App complies with Google Play Developer Program Policies.
17. Links to Other Websites and Apps
The App may display advertisements containing links to third-party websites or apps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
18. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
19. Compliance with Legal Obligations and Law Enforcement
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or valid governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
