Filotimo Innovations ("we," "us," or "our") built the Fitness RPG: Tower of Aggani app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Filotimo Innovations at no cost to download and is intended for use as is.

For a better experience while using our Service, we want to assure you that we do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect personal identification information such as your name, email address, or passwords.
Game Data & Workouts: All of your in-game progress, RPG stats, loot, and logged workouts are saved locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or process your gameplay data or fitness logs on any external servers. If you uninstall the app or clear the app's data, your local progress will be deleted.
2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Our app offers in-app purchases (such as Lifetime Access) and auto-renewing subscriptions (Regular and Premium Memberships).
We do not collect, process, or have access to your financial information, credit card numbers, or billing address.
All transactions are securely processed entirely through the Google Play Store and the Google Play Billing Library.
The only information our app receives from Google Play is an anonymous digital token (Purchase State) that verifies whether you have an active subscription or have purchased a premium product, so the app can grant you access to the correct features.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, strictly for the purposes of app functionality (such as crash reporting or billing).

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, standard data and information (through third-party products like Google Play) may be collected on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other typical diagnostic statistics.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. Because the app does not collect personal information or require an account, children can safely use the offline features of the app. However, any in-app purchases must be made by an account holder authorized by Google Play.
We value your trust in using our app. Because your gameplay and fitness data are stored locally on your device, the security of that data relies on the physical and digital security of your own device (e.g., your device passcode or biometrics). We advise keeping your device secured.
