Elven Archer: The Fallen Dwarfs

Effective date: 12 October 2026

Elven Archer: The Fallen Dwarfs is a single-player virtual-reality game for Meta Quest headsets. This policy explains what information the game handles, and what it does not. It covers the game only.

In short

The game collects no personal information. It has no internet access, no account, no advertising and no in-app purchases. Your progress and settings are saved on your headset and stay there.

Information the game collects

None. The game has no account or sign-in and no online features. It does not have permission to use the internet, so it cannot send information to me or to anyone else.

To let you play, the game reads the position of your headset and controllers from moment to moment. It does not record or keep that information. It does not use the microphone, the passthrough cameras, hand, eye, face or body tracking, or your location.

Information stored on your headset

The game saves a small amount of data on your headset so that it remembers which arenas you have cleared, whether you have seen the opening and finished the tutorial, and your settings: music and effects volume, turning style and seated-height adjustment. The game engine may keep a few technical values of its own beside it. None of this identifies you. It is not backed up to the cloud, and I never receive it.

Information collected by Meta

The game runs on Meta Horizon OS and is sold through the Meta Horizon Store. Meta handles your purchase and may collect information about how you use your headset, the store and the apps on it, including crash and performance information. That is covered by Meta’s privacy policy (https://www.meta.com/legal/privacy-policy/), not this one.

Meta shows me combined figures only, such as how many copies were sold, how many people play, in which countries, and how often the game crashes. Those figures do not identify any player.

If you contact me

If you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. I use it only to answer you. I do not share it, and I keep it no longer than I need to help you.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.

Your choices and your rights

To delete everything the game has stored, uninstall it from your headset. I hold no data about you from the game, so there is nothing for me to delete on my side.

If you have emailed me, you can ask for a copy of that correspondence, or ask me to correct or delete it, by writing to blaz003cerpnjak@gmail.com. No account or sign-in is needed. If you are in the European Union you may also complain to your data protection authority; in Slovenia that is the Information Commissioner (https://www.ip-rs.si).

Security

If you find a security problem in the game, please report it to the address above.

Changes to this policy

If a later version of the game handles information differently, for example by adding online leaderboards, I will update this policy and its effective date before that version is released.
