End of School Bullying Bill 2025
Projet de loi de 2025 sur la fin du harcèlement scolaire
A Bill to ensure the practice of unpleasant harassment and intimidation among schoolchildren ends, particularly bullying on the grounds of ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, transgender identity, and other central characteristics defined under Article I of our Constitution, and to provide necessary powers to prosecutors, school authorities, school teachers, school governors, and the Child Protection Police Service (CPPS) to enforce this Bill to the necessary extent for it to reach its end goal.
Projet de loi visant à mettre fin aux pratiques de harcèlement et d'intimidation déplaisantes entre écoliers, en particulier le harcèlement fondé sur l'origine ethnique, la religion, le sexe, l'orientation sexuelle, l'identité transgenre et d'autres caractéristiques centrales définies à l'article I de notre Constitution, et à conférer les pouvoirs nécessaires aux procureurs, aux autorités scolaires, aux enseignants, aux conseils d'établissement et au Service de police pour la protection de l'enfance (CPPS) afin qu'ils puissent appliquer ce projet de loi dans toute la mesure nécessaire pour atteindre son objectif.
