Not much is known about Osprey; at least, not information given to the lower ranks of Apoc. Inc. He takes every precaution to be as unknown as possible.
That's not to say that he's completely without story. As a child, Osprey was kidnapped by the organization Atomov and trained to be a child soldier.
Prior to the outbreak of the Z virus, the Atomov facility that Osprey inhabited was raided by Cuervo and Simo, Osprey's younger brother, which was the only reason he could be convinced to leave.
He is one of the founding members of Apocalypse, Inc. and has dedicated his life to taking down Atomov alongside Cuervo.
