Simple Shopping List（以下「本アプリ」）は、開発者エレン・イースト（Ellen East）が提供します。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが取り扱う情報について説明します。
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレスなどの個人情報をアプリ独自に収集することはありません。本アプリ内で作成したリストやアプリ設定は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存され、外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。
無料版では、Google AdMobによるバナー広告を表示しています。広告配信にあたり、GoogleがCookieや広告IDなどの識別子、端末情報を取得する場合があります。取得した情報の取り扱いについては、Googleのプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）をご確認ください。プレミアム版（買い切りアップグレード）を購入すると、広告表示は停止します。
EEA（欧州経済領域）・英国・スイスにお住まいの方には、初回起動時などに広告配信に関する同意確認フォームを表示します。同意しない場合でも、パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます。同意内容は、設定画面の「プライバシーオプション」からいつでも変更できます。
プレミアム機能へのアップグレードはGoogle Playの課金システム（Google Play Billing）を通じて処理されます。クレジットカード番号などの決済情報は本アプリでは取得・保存しません。購入情報の管理はGoogle Playのポリシーに準じます。
アイテムの入力にOS標準の音声認識機能を利用する場合、マイクへのアクセス許可が必要です。音声データの処理方法（端末内処理か、Google音声認識サービスなど外部サービスへの送信か）は、お使いの端末のOS設定に依存します。本アプリ自体が音声データを収集・保存することはありません。
リマインダー通知の処理はすべて端末内で行われ、外部に送信されることはありません。
インポート・エクスポート機能は、ユーザーが選択した端末内（またはユーザーのクラウドストレージ等）のファイルを読み書きするものであり、本アプリの開発者や第三者にデータが送信されることはありません。
本アプリは以下の権限を必要に応じて利用します。
マイク：音声入力機能のため
通知：リマインダー通知の表示のため
正確なアラーム：指定日時への通知のため
インターネット・ネットワーク状態：広告の表示のため
本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内に保存されたリストや設定はすべて削除されます。

Simple Shopping List ("the App") is provided by developer Ellen East. This policy explains how the App handles information.
The App does not itself collect personal information such as your name or email address. Lists and settings you create in the App are stored only on your device and are never sent to any external server.
The free version displays banner ads served by Google AdMob. To deliver ads, Google may collect identifiers such as cookies and the AdMob advertising ID, as well as device information. For details on how this data is handled, see Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Purchasing the one-time Premium upgrade removes all ads.
Users in the EEA (European Economic Area), UK, or Switzerland will see a consent form regarding ad delivery, typically on first launch. If you do not consent, non-personalized ads will still be shown. You can change your consent choice at any time from "Privacy Options" in the Settings screen.
Upgrading to Premium is processed through Google Play's billing system (Google Play Billing). The App does not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers. Purchase records are managed according to Google Play's policies.
The voice input feature for adding items uses your device's built-in speech recognition and requires microphone access. Whether voice data is processed on-device or sent to an external service (such as Google's speech recognition service) depends on your device's OS settings. The App itself does not collect or store voice data.
All reminder notification processing happens locally on your device and is never sent externally.
The import and export features read and write files you choose on your device (or your cloud storage). No data is sent to the developer or any third party through these features.
The App uses the following permissions as needed:
Microphone: for the voice input feature
Notifications: to display reminders
Exact alarms: to trigger notifications at the scheduled time
Internet / network state: to display ads
Uninstalling the App deletes all locally stored lists and settings.
