Elite Parents Portal is a school-managed application designed to provide authorized parents, guardians, and students with secure access to academic and school-related information.

Depending on the account and services provided by the school, the App may process information including:

Student and parent/guardian profile information

Accounts are created and managed by the school administration. Users cannot create their own accounts through the App.

Displaying school announcements and notifications

Student accounts are created and managed by the school. The App does not provide public self-registration.
Student information is used only for providing authorized educational and school-related services. Where parental or guardian authorization is required by applicable law, the school is responsible for obtaining and managing the appropriate authorization.
The App is not intended to allow unauthorized persons to access student information.
Personal and school-related information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide school services, maintain appropriate academic or administrative records, comply with applicable requirements, and fulfill legitimate school purposes.
Account and school records are managed by the school administration.
Because accounts are created and managed by the school rather than directly by users through the App, requests relating to:
Account access
Account correction
Account deactivation or deletion
Correction or deletion of personal information
Questions regarding student records
should be directed to the school administration or through the contact information provided below.
Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements and the school's record-retention obligations.
Elite Parents Portal does not display third-party advertising and does not use personal information for advertising purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes to the App, school services, legal requirements, or data-handling practices.
