Elite Services Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") developed the Galaxy Hopper mobile game (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.
1. NO DATA COLLECTION
Galaxy Hopper is a fully offline game. The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, and it does not connect to the internet at all. Specifically, the App:
- Does not require or use an internet connection
- Does not include any advertising SDKs
- Does not include any analytics or tracking SDKs
- Does not use Firebase or any other backend/cloud service
- Does not require account creation, sign-in, or login of any kind
- Does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, location, or photos
- Does not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or usage data
- Does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies
2. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The App saves your gameplay progress — such as your high scores, achievements, statistics, settings, and onboarding progress — locally on your own device using standard local storage (SharedPreferences). This information:
- Never leaves your device
- Is never transmitted to us or to any third party
- Is only accessible to the App itself
- Is automatically deleted if you uninstall the App or clear its data
3. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Because Galaxy Hopper collects no personal data whatsoever, it does not knowingly collect information from children or from anyone else, regardless of age. The App is safe for use by players of all ages.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics platforms. No data is shared with any third party because no data leaves your device.
5. PERMISSIONS
Galaxy Hopper does not request the Internet permission or any sensitive device permissions. The only local functionality it uses is on-device storage to save your progress.
6. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the App. Any changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Since the App collects no data, future changes are expected to be minor or clarifying in nature.
